Start your 30-min daily exercise today! Here's your target:
1. Move your body parts vigorously (follow our suggestions or choose your favourite activities) for at least 30 min per day, so that:
*your muscles stay active & strong,
*your joints stay flexible, and
*your body feels warm!
***BEFORE YOU DO ANY WORKOUT,
DON'T FORGET TO WARM UP & STRETCH OUT***
